‘라이브의 황제’ 이승철이 데뷔 40주년 전국투어의 하반기 대장정을 이어간다.
이승철은 오는 11월 광주를 시작으로 대전, 대구, 인천, 부산, 서울까지 총 6개 도시에서 데뷔 40주년 기념 전국투어 콘서트 ‘THE VOICE : LEE SEUNG CHUL’을 개최한다. 지난 7월 청주에서 투어의 막을 올린 데 이어 하반기에도 전국의 관객들과 만날 예정이다.
이번 공연에서는 앞선 무대를 통해 쌓아온 완성도를 바탕으로 세트리스트와 연출을 한층 업그레이드한다. 40년 음악 인생을 아우르는 대표곡부터 기존 공연에서 쉽게 만나기 어려웠던 곡까지 새롭게 구성하며, 밴드 사운드와 영상, 조명 등을 활용한 무대로 이승철의 음악 세계를 입체적으로 펼쳐낼 예정이다.
1985년 데뷔한 이승철은 40여 년간 꾸준한 음악 활동을 이어오며 2,000회 이상의 공연을 선보였다. 폭넓은 음악적 스펙트럼과 라이브 역량을 바탕으로 세대를 아우르는 사랑을 받으며 ‘라이브의 황제’로 자리매김했다.
데뷔 40주년을 맞은 올해는 전국투어뿐 아니라 트리뷰트 앨범, 기념 와인, 방송 등 다양한 프로젝트를 통해 40년 음악사를 조명하고 있다.
전국투어의 서울 공연은 오는 12월 4일부터 6일까지 사흘간 KSPO DOME(케이스포돔)에서 열린다. 광주·대전·대구·인천·부산 공연 역시 순차적으로 관객들을 찾는다.

Lee Seung Chul Embarks on Second Half of 40th Anniversary National Tour ‘THE VOICE’
The “Emperor of Live Performances” Lee Seung Chul is set to continue the second half of his nationwide tour celebrating the 40th anniversary of his debut.
Beginning in Gwangju this November, Lee will bring his 40th anniversary concert tour, “THE VOICE : LEE SEUNG CHUL,” to six cities across Korea, including Daejeon, Daegu, Incheon, Busan, and Seoul. Following the tour’s opening in Cheongju last July, he will continue meeting audiences nationwide throughout the second half of the year.
Building on the performances presented earlier in the tour, Lee will return with an upgraded setlist and stage production. The concert will feature signature hits spanning his 40-year musical career alongside rarely performed tracks, while live band arrangements, visual elements, and lighting will bring his musical journey to life on stage.
Since making his debut in 1985, Lee Seung Chul has remained an enduring presence in Korean popular music for more than four decades, performing over 2,000 concerts throughout his career. With his wide-ranging musical spectrum and acclaimed live performances, he has earned the enduring support of audiences across generations and established himself as the “Emperor of Live Performances.”
Marking his 40th anniversary this year, Lee is also revisiting his four-decade musical legacy through a variety of projects beyond the nationwide tour, including a tribute album, commemorative wine, and television appearances.
The Seoul concerts will take place at KSPO DOME from December 4 to 6. Performances in Gwangju, Daejeon, Daegu, Incheon, and Busan will also follow as part of the nationwide tour.
