소속사 큐브엔터테인먼트는 지난 12일 아이들 공식 SNS를 통해 미연의 새 프로필 사진을 공개했다. 이번 프로필에서 미연은 내추럴한 스타일부터 차분하고 성숙한 분위기, 사랑스러운 이미지까지 다양한 콘셉트를 선보이며 새로운 매력을 드러냈다.
공개된 사진 속 미연은 셔츠와 단발 헤어 스타일링으로 세련되고 자연스러운 분위기를 연출했다. 흑백 사진에서는 깊이 있는 눈빛으로 한층 성숙한 모습을 보여줬으며, 화이트 미니 원피스를 활용한 스타일링에서는 밝고 경쾌한 매력을 표현했다.
아이들의 메인보컬로 활동 중인 미연은 올해 그룹의 미니 9집 ‘We made’와 네 번째 월드투어 ‘2026 i-dle WORLD TOUR [Syncopation]’을 통해 글로벌 팬들과 만났다. 지난해에는 솔로 미니 2집 ‘MY, Lover’를 발매하며 솔로 아티스트로서의 음악적 활동도 이어갔다.
음악뿐 아니라 연기 분야에서도 꾸준히 활동 영역을 넓혀왔다. 웹드라마 ‘리플레이: 다시 시작되는 순간’, ‘딜리버리’, 티빙(TVING) ‘어른연습생’ 등에 출연하며 연기 경험을 쌓은 미연은 최근 새 드라마 ‘청담국제고등학교: 로열캠프’의 주연으로 발탁됐다.
극 중 미연은 청담국제고의 새로운 권력자이자 ‘퀸’으로 불리는 차세미 역을 맡는다. 음악과 연기를 넘나들며 활동을 이어온 미연이 이번 작품에서 어떤 새로운 모습을 선보일지 관심이 모인다.

MIYEON of K-pop group i-dle has unveiled a new set of profile photos as she continues to expand her career into acting.
On October 12, her agency, Cube Entertainment, released the new images through i-dle’s official social media channels. The photos showcase MIYEON’s versatility, capturing a range of styles from natural and sophisticated to elegant and playful.
In one set of images, MIYEON sports a short bob hairstyle and a simple shirt, creating a refined yet effortless look. Black-and-white portraits highlight a more composed and mature side, while photos featuring a white mini dress capture her bright and charming personality.
As the main vocalist of i-dle, MIYEON has remained active in music through both group and solo projects. This year, the group released its ninth mini-album, ‘We made’, and completed its fourth world tour, ‘2026 i-dle WORLD TOUR [Syncopation]’. MIYEON also released her second solo mini-album, ‘MY, Lover’, last year, further establishing her musical identity as a solo artist.
Beyond music, MIYEON has steadily built her acting experience through appearances in the web dramas ‘Replay: The Moment We Start Again’ and ‘Delivery’, as well as TVING’s ‘Adult Trainee’. She has now been cast in a leading role in the upcoming drama ‘Cheongdam International High School: Royal Camp’.
In the series, MIYEON will portray Cha Se-mi, the new queen and influential figure of Cheongdam International High School. The role marks another step in her acting career as she continues to explore opportunities beyond the music industry.
