One hour before the show started, I got his message “Do you wanna come to the show?”I rushed to the venue, met with his team which was really sweet and attentive. Amidst a flurry of hustle and bustle, Canadian Music Week kicked off.

GSoul recently signed with an American record label - Label: EP entertainment LLC, home of AlessiaCara. His first American manager is an longtime friend. As GSoul mentioned they’ve known each other since Gsoul was 13, but they’re just now working together.  “I attended high school and college in NY so I have a good ear for the western sound.” GSoul says.

At the moment, GSoul is on a North American tour. After the tour, GSoul will be in the studio cutting records with a cross section of established hitmakers as well as tomorrow’s next creative stars. His label plans a follow up release sometime in August.

GSoul is still that genuine , shy and untalkative boy. While he is 100% immersed in singing, that’s when he’s most relaxed and comfortable. This is what we love him about. And also that's why his fans packed the venue, with everyone singing along to every lyric of his songs.
