국내 하이퍼팝 아티스트 에피(Effie)와 스웨덴 출신 프로듀서 유로헤드(Eurohead)가 음악적 협업을 이어가고 있다.
두 사람은 지난 6월 싱글 ‘d☆ct (soccer banger)’를 발표한 데 이어, 8월 18일 새로운 싱글 ‘.com’을 발매했다. 이번 싱글에는 동명의 타이틀곡 ‘.com’과 앞서 공개된 ‘d☆ct (soccer banger)’ 등 총 두 곡이 수록됐으며, ‘.com’의 공식 뮤직비디오도 공개됐다.
에피는 하이퍼팝을 기반으로 힙합과 전자음악의 경계를 넘나드는 아티스트다. 2025년 발표한 EP pullup to busan 4 morE hypEr summEr it’s gonna bE a fuckin moviE는 미국 음악 매체 Pitchfork로부터 평점 7.6점을 받았으며, The New York Times의 음악 평론가 존 카라마니카(Jon Caramanica)가 선정한 ‘2025년 최고의 앨범’ 1위에 올랐다. 올해에는 영국 음악 매체 NME가 선정한 ‘NME 100’에도 이름을 올리며 국제적인 주목을 받았다.
유로헤드는 스크릴렉스(Skrillex), 바르그(Varg²™), 화이트아머(Whitearmor) 등과 작업해 온 스웨덴의 전자음악 프로듀서다. 2024년 바르그와 함께 블레이디(Bladee), 에코투케이(Ecco2k)가 참여한 ‘H2d’의 리믹스를 발표했으며, 2026년에는 스크릴렉스의 싱글 Kora에 참여하는 등 활동을 이어가고 있다.
서로 다른 음악적 배경을 가진 에피와 유로헤드는 ‘d☆ct (soccer banger)’와 ‘.com’을 통해 협업 결과물을 선보였다. 한국 하이퍼팝 신에서 존재감을 넓혀 온 에피와 유럽 전자음악 신에서 활동해 온 유로헤드의 만남이 앞으로 어떤 음악으로 이어질지 관심이 모인다.

Effie and Eurohead Join Forces, Bridging Korea’s Hyperpop and Europe’s Electronic Music Scenes
Korean hyperpop artist Effie and Swedish producer Eurohead are continuing their musical collaboration, bringing together distinct influences from across the global electronic music scene.
The duo first released their collaborative single “d☆ct (soccer banger)” in June, followed by “.com” in August. The latter release features two tracks, including the title track “.com” and the previously released “d☆ct (soccer banger),” accompanied by an official music video for “.com.”
Effie has established herself as a rising artist whose sound moves between hyperpop, hip-hop, and electronic music. Her 2025 EP, pullup to busan 4 morE hypEr summEr it’s gonna bE a fuckin moviE, received a 7.6 rating from Pitchfork and was ranked No. 1 on The New York Times music critic Jon Caramanica’s list of the best albums of 2025. She was also named to NME’s 2026 NME 100, further highlighting her growing international recognition.
Eurohead, meanwhile, is a Swedish electronic music producer known for his work with artists including Skrillex, Varg²™, and Whitearmor. In 2024, he collaborated with Varg²™ on a remix of “H2d,” featuring Bladee and Ecco2k. His work has continued into 2026, including a contribution to Skrillex’s single “Kora.”
